Superfine Knitters is a Company which is ISO 9001 certified from QSI – USA and another recent accomplishment is WRAP certification.. In order to ensure competitively unique and quality products to our clients, we have superfine vertically integrated plant facilities. We were established in the year 1989 the first of its kinds of Unit in India to run Lycra on the knitting machine. We are the first in India to own an open width knitting machine with full Lycra preparation. Specifically for yarn dyeing we have contract agreements with two specialist fabric dyeing houses. For embroidery and hand & machine printing we have 2 x Swantex 15 head – 9 thread embroidery machines with printing and embroidery capacity of 5000 to 6000 pieces per day. Besides this, we have formal links with most famous embroidery and printing units in Ludhiana city that are already doing these jobs for some of the well known brands like FCUK, Mexx, Quicksilver, Addidas and Reebok etc.
For knit manufacturing, our Fabric Knitting Division is equipped with the following equipments:

All these machines are used to meet the manufacturing requirements of different colors, interlocking and rib cum inter locking requirements.
Beside these machines, we have Gongbo, Hansin, and Kauoheng models flat knitting machines for meeting the requirements of manufacturing different kinds of collars and cuffs. In our Compactor section we have one Ferraro compacting unit Model Comptex – FV1800, one Tube Tex pack-nit H Delta plus Compactor – 50”, one Dongnam heat setting machine model DNH – 1400 for synthetic fabric, one Dongnam fabric reversing machine and two plating machines.
We have two state of the art garment manufacturing units fully equipped with 648 units of the latest models of machines. In unit-1, we have total 530 machines while Unit-2 consists of 118 different machines of various famous brands like Brother (computerized), Juki, Harshima, Swantex and various other machines required for the purpose of overlocking, folding, buttonholing, snap button attaching, ironing, spray gun, needle detector machine and embroidery among others. |
